Current shop opening times and collection/delivery times are as follows:

Mon-Wed: Shop closed

(pre-orders can still be made for these days for collection/delivery)

Thurs-Sat: 10am - 2:30pm - Shop open for walk-in orders,

browsing, face to face & telephone orders

Sun: Shop closed (pre-ordered deliveries only).

Local Delivery Zone 1 | £3 - Free over £20 - Mossley, Carrbrook, Millbrook, Uppermill

​Local delivery Zone 3 | £5 - Free over £35 - Diggle, Delph, Dobcross, Lees

​Local Delivery Zone 4 | £5 - Free over £35 - Ashton, Dukinfield, Lees, Stalybridge

​Local Delivery Zone 5 | £7 - Free over £50 - Glossop, Hyde, Droylsden, Denton,

​Local Delivery Zone 6 | £7 - Free over £50 -Chadderton, Failsworth, Moorside,Denshaw
    
For areas outside this please contact us prior to ordering.

Please leave a note with your order with your preferred delivery date/time. We will try to stick to this as much as possible however logistically this is not always possible, we will contact you if we will have difficulties delivering at the specified time.

Orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to your preferred delivery date/time. 

​

We will deliver your balloons to your doorstep, ring doorbell/knock on the door then step back to maintain a safe distance. If there is no answer our delivery driver will contact you on the number provided at checkout. 

If there is still no answer your balloons will be returned and delivery will need to be arranged subject to availability and will be chargeable at the full rate relating to your delivery zone.
